Event
Late arrival requests are for rehearsals, games, and performances where you will arrive after the scheduled start time. Submit at least 24 hours in advance. Director approval required.
A class conflict request covers every rehearsal for the rest of the semester on the days you select. The director approves it once — no need to resubmit each week. You can cancel it from your History tab if your schedule changes.

Use this form to formally request a substitute for a service event to which you have signed up. You are responsible for contacting your proposed substitute and reaching a mutual agreement before submitting this request. Your substitute must perform the same instrument part as you. Please note that subbing out of a service event will not count toward your service event total. All requests are subject to band office review and approval.
